1. Authenticity & Product Pricing

All products listed on Gravity Zone are 100% genuine with verifiable serial numbers. Prices are stated transparently in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not conduct ambiguous “DM for price” practices.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on delivery is offered nationwide across all 64 districts. An advance token booking charge may be requested for large complete bikes or high-value wheelsets to prevent frivolous cancellations during transit.

3. Warranty & Workshop Servicing

Bicycles purchased through Gravity Zone enjoy complimentary lifetime tune-ups and gear indexing at our Chattogram and Cumilla workshops. Component manufacturer warranties (Shimano, SRAM, ARC, etc.) cover factory defects according to distributor terms.
