How does nationwide delivery work across Bangladesh?
Within Dhaka metropolitan area, our internal bike riders deliver assembled bikes or boxed components within 24 hours. For outside Dhaka (Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna and all 64 districts), we partner with Steadfast & Sundarban Courier with reinforced protective packaging (2–3 days).
How do I know the parts are 100% genuine and not replicas?
Every single component, groupset, fork and hub imported by Gravity Zone includes a tamper-proof QR authenticity seal. When scanned, it confirms distributor provenance, official serial number and activates your warranty automatically.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! For COD orders, you only pay the delivery charge (৳100 inside Dhaka, ৳180 outside Dhaka) as a booking token via bKash or Nagad. The entire remainder is paid in cash directly to the courier upon unboxing.
Does Gravity Zone have a physical showroom or workshop?
Yes! You can visit our showrooms and workshops in Chattogram (Ice-factory road, Shah Amanat Railway Super Market, lane 04, F-10) and Cumilla (Nurpur, Chowmuhani, Chawkbazar). We also provide Cash on Delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh!
