Complete bikes are professionally bubble-wrapped, boxed in reinforced heavy corrugated cartons, and shipped with padded fork & frame protectors via Steadfast or Sundarban Courier. Standard delivery takes 24 to 72 hours depending on your district.
Showroom Self-Pickup
You may choose “Showroom Self-Pickup” during checkout to inspect and collect your bike or components in person at our Chattogram (Ice-factory road, Shah Amanat Railway Super Market, lane 04, F-10) or Cumilla (Nurpur, Chowmuhani, Chawkbazar) showrooms free of charge.
7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If a component arrives with transit damage or factory malfunction, contact our WhatsApp hotline at 01856-892259 within 7 days of receiving the package with an unboxing video. We will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
